Colvin Speaker at Trade Security Conference

Elizabeth Colvin of TradePoint Systems was a featured speaker at the "Terrorism in the Global Supply Chain" conference held April 28-29, 2005 in Costa Mesa, California. The conference focus was Managing the Security Risks, Cost Effective Logistics, and Implementing C-TPAT. Elizabeth spoke at the "Major Obstacles and Solutions in Exporting" session.

The conference attendees included Supply Chain Personnel, Finance and Controllers, Logistics and Traffic Management, Import and Export Staff, Compliance Executives, Risk Managers, Academic Professionals, Security Chiefs and all International Carriers, Port Officials and Service Providers.

Elizabeth Colvin has worked in the field of international trade regulation and systems for 13 years. She manages multinational export compliance functionality for TradePoint. Her prior experience includes directing research for global landed cost and export applications at ClearCross/Syntra. Elizabeth also worked for many years as Associate Publisher and consultant for World Tariff Ltd., now part of FedEx Networks. Ms. Colvin holds a M.S. in international trade and finance from Georgetown University and a B.A. from the University of California.
