TradePoint Systems LLC has launched its new Online Documentation System for Alliance software system users. This service once again confirms TradePoint's position as one of the leading IT systems and services providers to the Freight Forwarding & Customs Brokerage industry. Throughout its nearly 30-year history TradePoint has been first to the marketplace with many innovative products and services. TradePoint is the first IT provider in the Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding industry to offer an Online Documentation System through which system users can browse and review the most complete and up-to-date product documentation.
TradePoint's Online Documentation System is accessible through the company's web site, or can be deployed on CD and loaded onto individual PC's or a company network. It features familiar Windows functionality to maximize ease of use and navigation, such as a logical tree structure menu facility, as well as a Lookup/Search function that allows users to search with phrases or exact wording to find documents. The system also includes a "What's New" section where all system updates and added materials are presented, along with an automated (FLASH) presentation demonstrating the navigation methods throughout the system for first time users.
