Accessing Ocean Maintenances

 

Overview

The Tables menu lets you access all the Ocean Maintenance programs in the Alliance Export system.

Note:  TradePoint customizes all Alliance Export installations. Depending on how your system is set up, some of the above options may not appear on your Tables menu.

 

Procedure

To access an ocean maintenance program, complete the following steps.

Log into Alliance Export.

The Export main menu appears.

Select #2 Ocean Export.

The Ocean Export menu appears.

Select #4 Others.

Note:  Depending on how your system is set up, the Others option may not appear. If this is the case, go to Step 4.

The Ocean Export Others menu appears.

Select #4 Tables.

The Tables menu appears.

Select an ocean maintenance.

The selected maintenance screen appears.
