Air Commodity Maintenance

Overview |
The Air Commodity Maintenance database maintains a list of the types of goods included in shipments. You can use this maintenance to define a single general code for all types of commodities, or a specific code for each type of commodity. Note: You can do a lookup to the Commodity maintenance table from the Package Entry screen (in the File Op and Job Op center). |

maintain Air commodity file information, complete the following fields. |

Enter the 5-digit alphanumeric commodity code. |
This is the code that will identify the commodity type. |

Name |
Enter the Commodity Name. |
This name will display for verification when you enter the commodity code. |

Select this box or leave it blank. |
This field enables/disables this record from being used for a shipment. |
