The Air Disbursement Maintenance database lets you define disbursement types, according to IATA standards, for the service types to be printed on air waybills. Note: You can do a lookup to the Disbursement Maintenance table from the Disbursement field on the Service Types screen. |

To define Air
disbursement types, complete the following fields. |

Enter the 2-digit alphanumeric disbursement code. |
This is the IATA code for the disbursements involved in processing a shipment. |

Name |
Enter the disbursement name. |
This name will display for verification when the disbursement type code is entered. |

Select this box or leave it blank. |
This field enables/disables this record from being used for a shipment. |
