Alerts/Advance Notice Purge

Overview

This Program will purge all of the Alert/Advance Notice records that have expired prior to the cut-off date entered.

The Alerts/Advance Notice Purge program can be accessed from the Border Maintenance & Lists Menu.

The following table describes the fields on the screen and their data entry requirements.

Field Name	Data Entry	Description
01 Cutoff Date	Enter the cutoff date for the purge.	The program will purge all records that have expired prior to the cut-off date you enter.
Correct (Y/N)	Enter Y to proceed with the purge. Enter N to prevent the purge process.	Entering Y causes the purge process to begin.
