Handling Error Messages

Overview |
When
you receive an error message from Alliance Export, you must perform
certain steps to ensure that TPS Support gets the appropriate information to
resolve the problem. |

To provide TPS Support with the necessary error
information, use the following steps. |

Copy the error message on paper or print the screen. |
You are prompted to choose OK or Cancel. |

Choose OK. |
|

3 |
Select Help from the toolbar at the top right of your screen. |
The Help menu appears. |

Select About Program. |
The About Program screen appears. |
|
5 |
Choose the View Mess. button. |
A list of error messages appears. Note: You can also retrieve this list by selecting View Messages from the Help menu. |

Print the list of error messages. |
|
|
7 |
Select the Process Details button. |
This button provides information about the user logged into the system. |
|

Print this screen. |
|
|
9 |
