Line Release Entry Number List

Line Release Entry Number List
|
Overview |
The Line Release
Entry Number List helps you manage the entry numbers you gave to U.S. Customs
for line release. As Customs clears line release shipments, they assign the
shipment an entry number from the range of numbers you gave them. These
numbers are used sequentially. This report lists
all unused numbers, so that you can catch any out-of-sequence entry numbers,
indicating a number may have been skipped. You can also
compare this report to the release documents received from Customs. If you
received documents, but the corresponding entry number remains “unused”, it
means the shipment has not been downloaded nor manually entered through
Shipment Processing. |
