Overview |
The Ocean Pier Maintenance database maintains the Pier file information in the Alliance Export system. Note: You can do a lookup to the Pier Maintenance table from the Loading Pier field on the General Entry screen. |

To build or maintain Pier file information, complete the following fields. |

Pier Code |
Enter the 5-digit alphanumeric Pier code. |
This is the pier code. |

Name |
Enter the pier name. |
This is the pier name which will display for verification purposes when the pier code is entered. |

Double-click on the arrow or the field to select a port code. |
This is the port code associated with this pier. Note: The lookup table accessed from the Pier field on the General Entry screen displays all the piers associated with the same load port. |

Blocked |
Select this box or leave it blank. |
This field enables/disables this record from being used for a shipment. |
|
OK or Cancel |
Select OK to
update the changes you have made.
Select Cancel if you would
like the system to disregard any changes you have made. |
Selecting OK or Cancel will close the window. |
