The Air Maintenance section includes information about how to complete the fields for each Air Maintenance database. Note: It is important to build these maintenances before you go live to ensure an easy transition to the Alliance Export system. By completing each database in detail, you can ultimately save time in shipment processing, by selecting codes rather than re-typing the information. |

Certain fields
are required to process the data correctly. A warning message appears at the
bottom of the screen if you leave a required field blank. Although instructions
are provided to enter information in each field, you can press Tab to leave a non-required field
blank. |

description, select the Help menu at the top of the maintenance screen. Then
choose Help Books and the appropriate section. |
