Potential Line Release Shipments List

Overview	This report lists shippers for which you have processed shipments that are repetitive enough to use Line Release. Specifically, it will locate all files processed through the BCS Alt Release screen without a C-4 number.
How To Use the Report	While the total number of files per shipper is shown on the report, it is up to you to scan the report to find groups of files that are repetitive. Then you can apply for a C-4 number for these commodities.

The Potential Line Release Shipments List program can be accessed from the Border Maintenance & Lists Menu.

Procedure

The following table describes the fields on the screen and their data entry requirements.

Field Name	Data Entry	Description
Enter Starting Shipper	Press ENTER for the first shipper code in the file or enter the starting shipper code for the list.	You can print a list for a single shipper, a range of shippers or all shippers.
Enter Stopping Shipper	Press ENTER for the last shipper code in the file or enter the stopping shipper code for the list.	You can print a list for a single shipper, a range of shippers or all shippers.
Enter Starting Release Date	Press ENTER for the earliest release date in the file or enter the starting release date for the list.	You can print a list for a single release date, a range of release dates or all release dates.
Enter Stopping Release Date	Press ENTER for the latest release date in the file or enter the stopping release date for the list.	You can print a list for a single release date, a range of release dates or all release dates.
Enter Starting Division	Press ENTER for the first division number in the file or enter the starting division for the list.	You can print a list for a single division, a range of divisions or all divisions.
Enter Stopping Division	Press ENTER for the last division number in the file or enter the stopping division for the list.	You can print a list for a single division, a range of divisions or all divisions.
Maximum Lines on the Entry	Enter 1, 2, or 3 for the maximum number of lines on the entry.	This is the maximum number of lines a shipment should have in order to be included on the list.
Correct (Y/N)	Enter Y or N to indicate that the parameters you have selected for the report are correct.	When you enter Y the list will begin to print.
