The Quotes Action Maintenance database maintains details to be used for a specific quote. Note: Air and
Ocean Export share the Quotes Action Maintenance database. A quote can relate to both freight and other service types. |

maintain details for a specific quote, complete the following fields. |

This is the user-defined code for this quotes action. |

Name |
Enter a name for the action. |
This is the user-defined action name or description that displays for verification purposes when the Quotes Action code is entered. This name also prints on the quote. |

Enter a priority code for the Action. |
This priority code lets you assign a priority to a specific Action. |

Select this box
or leave it blank. |
This field enables/disables this record from being used for a shipment. |

OK or Cancel |
Select OK to
update the changes you have made.
