Internet Tracking System Configuration Setup

Overview |
The System Configuration is where you will set up your
company system configuration information for Internet Tracking. |

Procedure |
To set up the
System Configuration, perform the following steps. |

Click on the System Configuration link from the
System Management Main Menu. |
The System
Configuration page will display. |

In the Company
Name field, enter your company name. |
|

Enter your
company address in the Company Address and City fields. |
|

Enter your
company phone number and fax number in the Company Phone Number and Fax
Number fields. |
|

In the Security
Timeout field, enter the number of minutes for security timeout. |
This allows the
system to close on its own after a certain period of inactivity. Should you get disconnected, this feature
allows the system to close to prevent unauthorized access. |

In the System
Manager IP Address, enter your IP address. |
Access to System
Management is governed by a list of IP addresses, which correspond to the IP
addresses of those computers that will access this utility. Enter all the IP
addresses that will have access to this module. Multiple IP
addresses should be separated by a plus (+) sign. Important: Two IP addresses that should always be entered are: The
one for the web server where the Tracking System is installed, and, The
following address: 205.247.179.130. This address belongs to TradePoint
Systems LLC and is required for support purposes. |

In the Upload
Time From/To fields, enter the time of the day in which new data will be
uploaded to the system. This is a from-and-to setup. The default is 07:00 to
19:00 (e.g., 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.). |
You can enter
whatever range of time you would like.
To restore the default values (07:00 to 19:00), click on the Restore
Default button. |

In the Upload
Data every fields, select the number of minutes (from 1 to 60 minute intervals) |
You can select
the interval you would like data to be updated (from every one minute to
every 60 minutes). To restore the
default values (07:00 to 19:00), click on the Restore Default button. |

When you are
done, click on Save Configuration to save the information. |
The system will
return to the System Management Main Menu. |
