Overview |
To set up your export customers in the system database and
to enter other parameters click on Export Tracking Access Configuration from
the System Management Main Menu. You
will use this System Management menu to enter user profiles of your Export
customers. User profiles (or User Definitions) contain the username and
passwords, which customers will use to log on to the Internet Tracking
System. |

The Export Tracking Configuration page lets you set up export customers to the system database. |

Procedure |
To set up the
Export Tracking Configuration, perform the following steps. |

Click on the Export Tracking Access Configuration link
from the System Management Main Menu. |
The Export
Tracking Configuration page will display. |

Click on the User Definition link to set up users to use the Export Internet Tracking System. |

Click on the Purge Settings link to set up the purge settings for the Export Internet Tracking files. |
The Purge
Settings page will display. [See Purge Setting section for
details.] |

In the Background
Image field, enter the name of the .JPG file of the background image of
every page in the Tracking System. |
This file must reside in ..\Inetpub\wwwroot. Note: After changing the background image or .JPG file, the system will only take the change after you log out and log back into the application. |

In the Background
Color field, enter the background color that will be seen in the pages of
the Tracking System. |

In the Home
Page URL field, enter the URL of your web site. |
|

In the Header
Image field, enter the name of the file that contains your company logo. |
This
Header Image file must reside in ..\Inetpub\wwwroot. |
|

Below the Header
Image field are two fields called Detail Header Image For Air Shipments
and Detail Header Image for Ocean Shipments.
Enter the name of the file that contains the special header image you
would like to use for air and for ocean. |
This feature allows
you to have different graphic images based on whether the shipment is an air
shipment or an ocean shipment. If you
do not want to display any header image, enter /tans.gif to indicate a blank gif file. |

In the Date
Format field, select the date format from the drop-down list.

You have three
choices for date formats:

Click on Save
Configuration when you have filled in the fields on the page. |
The system will
return to the System Management Main Menu. |
