The Export Purge Settings can be accessed by clicking on the Export Purge Settings link from the Export Tracking Configuration page. |

To set up the
export purge settings, perform the following steps. |

In the Purge
shipment files that are [xxxxxxxx] days old field, enter the number of
days you would like to hold shipment files for Internet Tracking. |
This field allows you to determine the number of days that shipment file data will stay in the Internet Tracking System. Note: The Export Purge program bases the days on the Open date of the shipment files. |

In the Purge
File Number field, you may enter a single file number to be purged from
the Internet Tracking System. To purge: Enter the file number then click on the Purge File
and Exit button. |
This feature allows you to singly purge a file from the Internet Tracking System. |

In the Number
of days to keep SAV files, enter the number of days to keep extract files
on your web server. |
The Tracking System automatically deletes extract (.SAV) files. This feature allows you to control the number of days to keep these files on your web server. Example: If a 3 is entered, it means that Extract
files that are three (3) days old will be deleted. Default: The default is seven (7) days. |

In the Number
of days to keep Download files field, enter the number of days to keep
Download files. |
The Tracking System automatically deletes Download files that are produced as a result of the Download feature. This field allows you to control the number of days to keep these files. Example: If a 3 is entered, it means that Download
files that are three (3) days old will be deleted. Default: The default is seven (7) days. |

When you are done
adding or changing the parameters, click on one of the Save Parameter and
Exit buttons. |
The Save Parameter and Exit buttons will return you to the System Management Main Menu. |
