Setting Up Multiple Export Accounts for a Username

Overview |
There is no need to set up multiple usernames and
passwords in the Export module of Internet Tracking. The User Definition
screen of System Management allows you to associate a user name with multiple
account codes thus letting you combine the data from the different codes
under a single user name. |

Procedure |
In order to associate a single export user name to multiple customer accounts, follow the steps below. |

Go into the Export User Definition in System Management. You may edit an existing username account or enter a new username. · Editing: If you are editing the account codes of a current user name, select the user name from the list in the Customer Name field. · Adding New: Enter the new user name in the New Username field. |

Click on the Define User button. The Export User Definition Detail screen will display. |
If you are
editing, the previous data will display on the Detail screen. If you are adding
a new username, the username entered on the previous screen will default into
the Username field. |

This user will be allowed to view the information of one or more customer account(s) listed in the Account Code field. In the Account Code field, enter one or more customer codes, each separated by a comma. |
Note: You cannot combine different types of account codes, e.g., consignees and importers. |

Click on the Save User Definition button to save the data entered. |
If you save the user definition, the new username will be listed on the first screen in the Customer Names field. |
