Import Tracking Configuration Setup

 

Overview

To set up your import customers in the system database and to enter other parameters click on Import Tracking Access Configuration from the System Management Main Menu.

 

Page

The Import Tracking Configuration page lets you set up import customers to the system database.

 

Procedure

To set up the Import Tracking Configuration, perform the following steps.

Click on the Import Tracking Access Configuration link from the System Management Main Menu.

The Import Tracking Configuration page will display.

Click on the User Definition link to set up users to use the Import Internet Tracking System.

The User Definitions page will display. [See User Definitions section for details.]

Click on the Purge Settings link to set up the purge settings for the Import Internet Tracking files.

The Purge Settings page will display.  [See Purge Setting section for details.]

Click on Internet Tracking Reports to set up which Internet Tracking Reports will be available to users.

The Internet Tracking Reports page will display.  [See Internet Tracking Reports section for details.]

In the Background Image field, enter the name of the .jpg file of the background image of every page in the Tracking System.

This file must reside in ..\Inetpub\wwwroot.

Note: After changing the background image or .jpg file, the system will only take the change after you log out and log back into the application.

In the Background Color field, enter the background color that will be seen in the pages of the Tracking System.

In the Home Page URL field, enter the URL of your web site.

In the Header Image field, enter the name of the file that contains your company logo.

This Header Image file must reside in ..\Inetpub\wwwroot.

In the Date Format field, select the date format from the drop-down list.

You have three choices for date formats:

  • MM/DD/YY
  • DD/MM/YY
  • DD-mmm-YY

Click on Save Configuration when you have filled in the fields on the page.

The system will return to the System Management Main Menu.
