Setting Up Import Internet Tracking Reports

Overview |
The Flag All customers option give you a quick way to set up all your Import users with a set of reports, which you can choose using the checkboxes next to each report title. |

The Import Internet Tracking Reports Menu page can be accessed by clicking on the Internet Tracking Reports link. |

Procedure |
To flag all
customers with a set of Internet Tracking Reports, perform the following steps. |

Select the reports you would like customers to have access to, by checking the checkboxes in front of the report name. |
You can select any combination of reports. |

2 |
Click the checkbox in front of the Overwrite customers’ current configuration field if you would like to delete the current report setup for your customers and replace it with the selected configuration. |

3 |
In the Location of report files, enter the location where the system can find the report files. |
You can get this information from TradePoint. Do not change the location without first consulting TradePoint. |

4 |
Click on the Save Configuration button to save this setup information. |
