CargoPoint Accounting Reports

Overview

The Accounting Reports Software is a separate module, rather than part of the Accounting Manager Module. This allows you the greatest amount of flexibility in determining who should be able to print reports versus who should have access to the various accounting programs. The CargoPoint Accounts Receivable Reports section includes the following reports: · Invoice Balances Reports o by Accounting Centers o Landscape or Portrait o by Service Codes o by Service Codes (without A/P) · Invoice P&L Reports o by Service Code o by Entity Type · Void Invoices Report · Received Checks Report · Payments Report · Today Aging Report · On-Account Credits Report · Miscellaneous Deposits Report · Sales By Service Codes Report · Paid Amount By Service Codes Report

Procedure

To select the report you want to print, select the report from the A/R drop-down menu of the Accounting Reports window.
